2016: Our birth as Newbie

A very small team of two persons (only founders) working out from a very small space (>100 square feet area) in New Delhi starts out with a long-term vision, offering holistic services like company incorporation, annual compliance, taxation, intellectual property, due diligence, legal drafting and vetting of documents starting out with a handful of clients.

Launched Blogs.compliancecalendar.in - A blogging platform for all who wanted to write articles on corporate law and taxation.

In about just three months, we had more than 100 write-ups published on our blogging portal with beautiful Author Profile.

2017: Learnt to Stand

We shifted to bigger space (<1000 square feet area). The team size also increased four times as we started receiving increased demands to cater our existing as well as new clients.

New referrals started pouring in giving us more work. The CCL introduced new services including but not limited to Labour Law Services, FC-GPR filing and other FEMA compliances.

Launched Ask.compliancecalendar.in - A Query-based platform to help everyone find answer of their business-related queries free of cost.

Members can search their queries on the search box like they do on any search engine and if they do not find answer, there is this option to raise their queries too.

2018: The Year of Exploration

The CCL grown as a full-fledged consultancy firm, having more than 100 clients who relied on our professional services.

We felt that now it is good time to expand so we started associating with other Chartered Accountants, Company secretaries and Lawyers PAN India delivering services to Tier II and Tier III cities.

Launched www.ccurl.in – This website helped us and our members and everyone paste a long web address into the box and shorten the long URL.

This became an overnight sensation in a way to help sharing the long web links especially on twitter where limited characters are allowed.

2019: Partner in Nation Building

The CCL became a trusted name in the field of corporate compliance imparting services to company directors on compliance management and we were called upon for active participation in PHDCCI, CII, ASSOCHAM, IICA, Tax Chambers and top institutions.

New services like India entry services, valuation and corporate litigation were introduced with the experienced team.

This one platform helped us give our clientele a smooth experience of our service delivery and its processing.

2020: Re-birth with Resilience

As the global pandemic COVID-19 hit the whole world economy, the CCL also had to follow the protocol of the office lockdown wherein we had to close our office for close to 3-4 months span which created a huge vacuum in the workflow.

The CCL started thinking of the viable options as we had to meet our clients’ expectation up to their satisfaction and thus finally decided to leverage our already in-hand technology know-how and our think tank pondered to develop a portal which becomes one One-click access to Individuals & Businesses for all Legal Compliance and Professional Services at the comfort of being at their place with a touch on screen.

Launched www.compliancecalendar.in – Single Window Technology platform for all Entrepreneurs to demystify Cloud-based online Business Registration, ROC Compliance, Tax Return Filings, IPR Services and Business support systems.
