Fees:
- For registration of a person as a Trademark agent under Rule 147 & 149
INR 5,000/- (Physical filing) and INR 4,500/- (E-Filing).
- For continuance of the name of a person in the Register of a Trademark Agents under Rule 150
INR 10,000/- (Physical filing) and INR 9,000/- (E-Filing).
- For restoration of the name of a person to the Register of Trademarks agents under Rule 153
INR 5,000/- plus continuation fee as mentioned in entry number 20 (Physical filing) and
INR 4,500/- plus continuation fee as mentioned in entry number 20 (E-Filing).
- For an alteration of any entry in the Register of Trademarks Agent under Rule 154
INR 1,000/- (Physical filing) and INR 900/- (E-Filing).
