Document Preparation Checklist
Ensure you have the following documents scanned in colour, in PDF format, and under 2 MB per file:
1. NGO Registration Certificate and MOA/Trust Deed: Must show the stamp/e-sign of the registering authority (Registrar of Societies, Trust, Section 8 Companies, etc.).
2. By-Laws of the Organization: Required only if not included in the MOA/Trust Deed.
3. Objectives of the Organization: Required only if not mentioned in the MOA/Trust Deed.
4. Certified List of Governing Body Members: Needed if the information is not included in the MOA/Trust Deed.
5. Latest Resolution Copy: If applicable.
6. Translated Documents (if necessary): If documents are in a vernacular language other than Hindi or English, attach a translated and attested copy merged with the original.

Key Contact Information
The email and mobile number used must belong to the organization's Chairman/President/Secretary/Treasurer or equivalent post.
Avoid using contact details of unauthorized persons, as this can lead to registration cancellation.
Steps for Registration
Step 1: Sign-Up Process

Enter the NGO/Entity Name exactly as on the NGO’s PAN Card.

Provide a working email ID and mobile number for OTP verification.

Enter the NGO's PAN.

Ensure the name matches the one provided in Step 1. Discrepancies will prevent further steps.

Create a password after successful PAN verification.
Important Notes
• Accuracy: Ensure all details entered are true and correct to avoid suspension or cancellation.
• Modification Requests: Comply with any requested changes within 30 days.
• Monitoring: Regularly check your login page for updates or modification requests.
